Industrial Design Studies is open to students from any discipline across ¿ì»îÊÓƵ, interested in enhancing their major field of study with an understanding of industrial design. The core classes will provide students with a broad introduction to concepts, processes, human factors, and the influence of industrial design in today’s world. [NEW] Landscape Architecture Studies [open to all students]

The Minor in Landscape Architecture Studies is open to students from any discipline across ¿ì»îÊÓƵ, interested in enhancing their major field of study with a greater understanding of the practices being used in contemporary landscape architecture and design. Students will receive a broad introduction to key concepts, processes, and techniques, as well as the evolving role of landscape architecture and landscape design as they seek to engage global issues of sustainability, environmental justice, anthropogenic climate change, and more. The 3 required lecture-based core classes are coupled with a selection of classes from across several colleges that complement the focus with the minor.
